Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of product and offer management across multiple channels for a B2B portfolio.  Specifically the Marketing Manager will work with a major partner to grow their private label portfolio through innovative marketing solutions.  These solutions could include product, offers, promos, collateral, channel mix, and other tools to drive incremental business.  This role will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy, positioning it with the partner, and managing it through execution.  In addition, this role will be expected to apply rigorous marketing and financial analysis to determine the effectiveness of programs to inform future plans.   This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a B2B marketing effort while in a partner facing role.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
  • Develop compelling products and offers to meet partner goals
  • Project planning and management of campaigns
  • Post analysis & insights of campaign performance
  • Presenting recommendations and results to partner
  • Budget planning, campaign analysis, and reporting
  • Managing 3rd party vendors and agencies

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline with strong academic performance (3.0GPA or higher)
  • 2+ years sales & marketing experience preferred in partner relations and product management
  • Experience working with 3rd Party agencies preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Basic Word and PowerPoint skills required
  • Strong analytical capabilities and excel proficiency required
  • SFDC and SQL experience is a plus
  • Experience & Well Versed with Microsoft Excel
  • Needs to be detail and deadline-oriented
  • Should be self-motivated and willing to adapt in a fast paced environment
