NOC Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support services to the Central Division of all employees
- Assist in the support and documentation process
- Support Field Techs in the creation of resolution tasks
- Utilize internal tools to support layer 1 network, hardware and software issues
- Escalate tickets and task as needed to Field Techs and/or managers
- Effectively communicate with Field Techs to resolved tickets as it pertains to network issues
NOC Technician Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a Helpdesk or NOC environment and/or educational experience within an IT field
- Associates or Bachelors’ degree desired
- Some knowledge and/or hands-on experience within cabling preferred
