IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

IT Helpdesk Support Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for installing, troubleshooting and supporting network connectivity, hardware, software and telecom systems
  • Install and configure new and existing applications for mobile devices, laptops and desktops
  • Track and log client incident support request in Zendesk and ServiceNow
  • Provide recommendations pertaining to IT procedures and processes
  • Create and update IT documents to meet client and management specifications 
  • Provide end-user training to IT staff
  • Manage special projects as needed
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical members


IT Helpdesk Support Specialist Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of professional IT Support experience in a Windows environment  
  • Strong configuration experience (PC, laptops… etc.)
  • Experience supporting Windows 7, 8 and 10. Experience remoting in and           troubleshooting Windows devices such as SCCM, Microsoft Remote Desktop, RemotePC, PCanywhere, logmein, GoToAssist, or other tools. 
  • Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Windows Servers (2012 and 2008r2)
  • Experience Installing, maintaining and support Office 365, 2010 and 2013
  • Experience syncing MS O365 email to various devices (iPhone, Android… etc.)
  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology or equivalent is desired
