Sr. MacOS JAMF Specialist (CONTRACT)

Job Description
We have a need for an onsite JAMF assessment with a workshop and interviews with key stakeholders followed by creating a deliverable with the findings and remediations.
It would be 4 days onsite, a week remote to create the deliverable and then a remote presentation. The scope of the work below:
MacOS JAMF Specialist Scope/ Skillset needed:
· Need understanding of macOS systems management:
o Client’s current macOS management
o Requirements for macOS
o MacOS use cases
o macOS challenges
· Conduct onsite Workshop with larger client team to outline the above and understand existing environment, use cases and challenges.
· Conduct onsite interviews with stakeholders from Developers, Audio/ Visual and Security teams
Skills and Qualifications:
· Expertise in macOS and iOS/iPadOS: Deep understanding of Apple's operating systems, including system settings, networking, and security features.
· Jamf Pro Proficiency: Experience with Jamf Pro, including its features for device management, security, and automation.
· Scripting and Automation: Ability to write scripts in Bash, Python, or AppleScript to automate tasks and workflows.
· Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot device-related issues and identify root causes.
· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
