Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor M3 Solutions Architect to join our team. As an Infor M3 Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in optimizing, enhancing, and scaling our Infor M3 ERP system to support our growing business needs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored solutions within the Infor M3 environment, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

As an Infor M3 Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in optimizing, enhancing, and scaling our Infor M3 ERP system to support our growing business needs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored solutions within the Infor M3 environment, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Infor M3 ERP system to meet business requirements.
- System Optimization: Analyze current Infor M3 configurations and processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize system performance.
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of Infor M3 with other enterprise systems, including CRM, warehouse management, and business intelligence tools.
- Project Leadership: Manage and lead ERP projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units such as operations, finance, and supply chain to gather requirements, provide solutions, and support their ERP-related needs.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors and Infor’s support team to resolve issues, implement new features, and stay updated on the latest developments.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure that the Infor M3 environment adheres to the company’s security policies and industry compliance standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Infor M3 as a solutions architect or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Infor M3 modules, system architecture, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Project Management: Proven experience leading ERP implementation, optimization, or upgrade projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Infor M3, ERP systems, or project management are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
