SALESFORCE APPLICATION MANAGER JOB FUNCTION:
The Systems Application Manager will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. The chosen candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. They will work closely with Programs leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. They also will be responsible for the executing on the day-today configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements • Experience with nonprofit processes preferred
SALESFORCE APPLICATION MANAGER ESSENTIAL RESPONSBILITIES:
• Serve as primary system administrator and manager for the Salesforce environment with 80+ users
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests as the primary project manager
• Work with our management teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams
• Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
• Manage the data transfer between Salesforce instances, including regular data migration and uploads
• Manage additional programs regularly used by the program team, including but not limited to Acuity and Form Assembly
• Oversee and create dashboards for managers and staff
• Oversee relationship with 501 Partners Consulting, bi-monthly call ins, process invoices
• Superuser for Salesforce, communicating with National office to ensure problems are solved
• Communicating with IT needs of the department
• Manage additional projects/initiatives as assigned by program leadership
• Act as backup, when called upon, conducting interviews, match meetings, or communicating directly with program participants
• Communicate across departments to ensure salesforce platform is working to meet the needs of each team
SALESFORCE APPLICATION MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience as a Salesforce administrator
• Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
