Systems Integration Specialist Career Opportunity
Our client, who is a well-established and respected non-profit organization is seeking an enthusiastic and analytical-minded Systems Integration Specialist who will be responsible for integrating and maintaining a suite of software tools including Form Assembly, Salesforce, Zapier, and Acuity.

Systems Integration Specialist Role and Responsibilities
  • Support users and manage tickets in a timely manner, prioritizing based on need and urgency. Ticket types include management of platforms such as Salesforce, FormAssembly, Acuity and Zapier, with the potential for others as needed.
  • Communicating effectively about ticket status, updating users consistently and clearly about stages in their ticket resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and data integrity of various platforms, including Salesforce, FormAssembly, Acuity, Zapier, and Omatic.
  • Ensure seamless syncing and integration between platforms with the support of consultants as needed.
  • Conduct routine updates for ease of use and accuracy of data.
  • Manage user access for various platforms, including setting up new users and removing old ones in a timely manner.
  • Monitor unusual login activity for all platforms.
  • Test and deploy updates for Salesforce and its connectors.
  • Articulate and train agency users on new updates or major system changes.
  • Regularly clean and archive data.
  • Automate workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and analyze reports and dashboards at the request of various agency teams, creating a consistent data flow throughout the agency.
  • Identify and report on trends and issues that arise from reporting and development of dashboards.
  • Lead training sessions on effective use of platforms, speaking to a variety of experience levels effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on system processes, user guides and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, ensuring access to necessary platforms and resources.
  • Assist in project management and completion for various projects throughout the agency when the use of IT platforms is required. Make recommendations and give suggestions on the best use of platforms for ease of use for agency users.
  • Continuously update skills in Salesforce, FormAssembly, Acuity, Zapier and related platforms through a combination of on the job learning and professional development.
  • Tackle additional tasks as directed, based on agency IT needs.
Systems Integration Specialist Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Proficient as a Salesforce user, minimum experience one year, preferred three years.
  • Proficiency in using and integrating CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with integration and automation tools such as Form Assembly, Zapier, and Acuity.
  • Understanding of APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of database management and data integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as Acuity.
  • Prior experience in a role focused on system integration, IT support, or a similar field preferred.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong ability to learn on the job and adapt to new processes as they develop.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certifications in Salesforce, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer a plus, but not required.

  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements to all levels of team members with a varying level of technical experience.
  • An eagerness to learn new processes and systems and ability to self-direct ones own learning.
  • A desire to gain experience and become Salesforce certified, if not already certified.
