UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS COMPLIANCE PRODUCT MANAGER
Our client offers a complete solution that facilitates rigorous recording and monitoring of regulated user communication activities, which is key to a firm's ability to meet stringent regulatory demands and achieve an operating environment that protects customers and the firm's reputation. The market is currently transitioning from on-premise technologies to a “Cloud first” approach while delivering new Unified Communications to their users. Our client is actively assisting companies to meet their strategic Cloud and Unified Communications approach by delivering communication compliance solutions that enable this transition.
PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the product strategy and vision based on the overall company, division, and line of business strategy and market analysis
- Be responsible to gather, map, and prioritize market challenges, features, and product requirements from all stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, R&D, sales, services, competition, analysts, regulations), balancing short-term commitments, customer needs, and long-term roadmap
- Own the Cloud product strategy and vision based on overall company, division, and LoB/BU strategy and market analysis
- Ensure products meets customer expectations and achieve target CSAT
- Own and communicate the high level and detailed product roadmap
- Collaborate with marketing, presales, sales, partners, and customers to drive business, maintain product knowledge, and ensure clear communication
- Define product launch and end-of-life
- Maintain up to date product demo environments mirroring current market messaging
- Collaborate with R&D on delivery of the product backlog with high quality, taking time to market into consideration
- Manage partner activities for OEM products including build/buy assessment, pricing, technical integration specifics, ongoing roadmap planning
- 4+ years of Product Management experience
- Ability to work successfully with clients and business partners directly
- Excellent problem-solving ability in high pressure situation
- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities
- Communicating effectively at all levels, from executive management to individual contributor
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Fast learner with ability to educate her/himself on relevant technologies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure
- Experience working in an agile delivery methodology organization
- Serviceability approach
- Ability to adapt with resiliency and demonstrate a “can do” approach
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Engineering
- SaaS
- Cloud Technology (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Unified Communications
- Telecommunications industry
- Voice recording industry, including trader voice
- Regulatory Compliance as applied to financial services communications
