&#9;<li>Desktop Technician will provide day-to-day local remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.</li>
&#9;<li>Providing fault analysis to customers core operating systems and platforms, providing support, and applying desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite.</li>

 <strong>IT Service Desk Specialist Required Skills and Experience</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Minimum of 2-3 years of IT technical support.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong knowledge and experience installing, configuring, replacing, and supporting network infrastructure equipment, including servers, workstations (Windows/Mac), switches, routers, cabling, VoIP systems, etc.</li>
&#9;<li>Technical expertise should include Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, utilization of GPOs, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems, and Azure.</li>
&#9;<li>Proficiency with imaging laptop computers 20h2,21h2, Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco network, and other authorized desktop applications.</li>

<br><strong>Job duties for Account Managers:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Manage existing Fortune 1000 accounts and develop new business through cold calling, a generous expense account to have lunches & other networking events with clients and prospects, and build relationships with existing consultants
&#9;<li>Mentor recruiters who report up to you and support you on client requirements
&#9;<li>Create client proposals as well as other documents utilized for servicing clients
</ul>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools
&#9;<li>Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews
&#9;<li>Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and get referrals
&#9;<li>Negotiate wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates
&#9;<li>Oversee pre-employment steps including reference checks and background/drug tests
&#9;<li>Manage contract employees while on assignment
</ul>

<br><strong>Qualified candidates for Resolution Technologies must possess:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelor's degree
&#9;<li>Experience in Outside Sales/Account Management with an IT Staffing focus and demonstrated success generating revenue and account penetration (contest winners preferred)
&#9;<li>Must have experience in an agency environment
&#9;<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills
&#9;<li>Be familiar with Microsoft Word
&#9;<li>Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
&#9;<li>Experience in service-oriented role dealing directly with the public focused on their needs
&#9;<li>Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment and be capable of regularly using analytical skills and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements while working with other team members
</ul>
